Dawn C. Stratton, O.D.

Dr. Stratton received her Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from The Ohio State University, and she remains an avid buckeye fan and supporter of OSU football. She went on to earn her Doctor of Optometry from The Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, where she graduated in 1994. While receiving her degree, Dr. Stratton received recognition from the Gold Key International Optometric Honor Society for outstanding leadership and service, and was a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Honor Society.

Dr. Stratton is a member of several professional organizations, including The American Optometric Association, The Kentucky Optometric Association, The National Association of Professional Women, and The Fellowship of Christian Optometrists.

Dr. Stratton has a passion for helping the community and volunteers her time to provide eye exams for multiple Lexington organizations, including the Hope Center, the Nest and the Center for Children and Families.

Dr. Stratton has two young sons, ages three-years and eight-years old and is celebrating 20 years of marriage to her husband Mark. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and golfing with her husband.

Tod M. Diffenbaugh, O.D.

Dr. Tod Diffenbaugh recieved his doctor of optometry in 1994 from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, Illinois. Originally an Illinois native, Dr. Tod fell in love with the rolling hills of Kentucky and made a permanent move south. He has practiced at this location for the last 8 years.

In his free-time, Dr. Tod enjoys a good movie and time spent with friends.

Beth

Opthalmic Technician

Beth was born in Western KY and raised in Lexington, where she now lives with her husband and three sons. She's active in Scouting with her sons' troops and is an avid supporter of Lafayette's marching band.

Melanie

Optician

Melanie is a native Lexingtonian. She recieved her Opticians License 12 years ago and has been practicing at Stratton Eyes for the last 8 years. In her spare time, she enjoys watching her son play tennis.

Mindy

Receptionist and Opthalmic Technician

Mindy was raised in Wilmore and recently graduated from Transylvania University. She and her new husband enjoy biking and ultimate frisbee.

Nicole Ellington

Nicole joined our practice this year and is currently an apprentice optician. She lives in Lancaster with her husband and two boys. In her spare time she enjoys being with her family and friends.

Romina Andrei

Romina is the smiling face that greets you when you arrive at Stratton Eyes. Romina is currently finishing her bachelors degree at the University of Kentucky and plans to attend medical school in the near future.

In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering at church and spending time with family and friends.

Allison Vandenbergh

Allison joined our staff in 2010 working in our front office area. A graduate of Asbury College and native of Georgia, Allison now lives in Wilmore with her husband and 2 beautiful daughters.

In here spare-time, Allison coordinates weddings and operates a small business of her own. As well, she enjoys quality time with her family and friends.
